Sales Executive – OTE 250K – No Weekends

About The Role:

This is primarily an office-based, Monday-to-Friday role where you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, qualifying their needs, quoting appropriate solutions and following up on your pipeline of quoted prospects.

We are overwhelmed with opportunities and are now looking to add an additional hungry and driven Sales Executive to join our successful team as we continue to build on the rapid growth achieved over the last 23 years.

You will be joining a growing company with a successful sales team full of experienced individuals currently earning packages of $200k to $250k per annum.

The role requirements:

• Prior Sales experience;

• Strong negotiation skills;

• Excellent verbal communication skills;

• Confidence dealing with business owners/managers;

• Hunger for individual success;

• Ability to work to team goals;

• Good Outlook, CRM and computer skills;

• Desire to learn about products;

• Passion find the right product for the right customer;

• Commitment to maintaining customer relationships;

• Well organized;

• High work ethic;

• Positive attitude;

• A current driver’s license.

This is not an ‘’on road” Business development role nor does it involve cold calling or prospecting. We have a unique business model with outstanding marketing that generates incoming leads.

With that said, our candidate must be a consummate professional, highly influential with next level rapport but at the same time, be able to converse & transact over the phone.
