Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in White Gum Valley, Western Australia. This permanent, full-time position is essential for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children, ensuring their holistic development and preparing them for future learning.

• Interested in stepping into a dedicated Educational Leader role as an Early Childhood Teacher? In this on-the-floor, you’ll provide support, guidance, and mentorship to fellow educators while making a meaningful impact every day!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent as assessed by ACECQA
• Studying and completed at least 50% towards you Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Hold or be eligible for Teacher Registration with TRBWA to join our team
• WA Working with Children Check required or ability to secure one prior to starting
• Loads of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Atleast 3 years of experience working in early childhood education settings
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement educational programmes that meet the diverse needs of children
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practices
