Workforce Planner

As a Workforce Planner, you'll keep things moving making sure customers receive the right support at the right time. It's fast-paced, people-focused work that blends rostering, problem solving, and clear communication. If you've thrived in call centers, banking, scheduling or other high-volume roles, you'll fit right in.

This is a full-time position working on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, between 6am – 8pm. Flexibility availability across these operating hours is essential.

What you'll do

• Build and manage rosters that match customer needs with staff availability.
• Respond to calls and changes quickly, keeping records accurate.
• Work with customers, families, and teams to deliver safe, timely services.
• Flag risks, issues, or workforce gaps and support future planning.

What you need

• Passion for aged care, disability, or mental health services.
• Resilience and confidence in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
• Problem solver who looks for better ways of working.
