Gaming Attendants

The German Arms Hotel, recently renovated, is a vibrant venue that offers a bar, bottle shop, TAB, and gaming services. We are excited to announce that we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Casual and Full time Gaming Attendants to join our team in our brand new state-of-the-art gaming room, featuring 35 machines.

About the Role:

As a Gaming Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons. You will report directly to the Gaming Manager and be responsible for:

• Attending to patrons in the gaming room and providing food and beverage service.

• Ensuring the gaming area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

• Offering high levels of customer service while engaging with patrons in a friendly and energetic manner.

• Attending to gaming machines and assisting customers with any inquiries or issues.

• Handling cash and following relevant hotel procedures for transactions.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a gaming attendant role.

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certifications.

• Excellent cash handling skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Clear and professional communication skills.

• A collaborative attitude, working well with other team members to create a positive environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
