The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. The role involves assisting clients with service requests, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to relevant teams when needed. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, documenting interactions, and following established procedures to support service delivery. The position also requires collaborating with operations and management teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Ability to contribute to Customer Satisfaction through responsive, accurate, and professional communication.Experience enhancing Customer Experience by understanding client needs and providing tailored assistance.Previous experience as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles is highly regarded.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing customer records and follow-up actions.Capacity to work on-site in Chirnside Park, VIC, including flexibility to cover varying part-time shifts as required.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service or CRM systems; prior experience in facilities, property, or service-based industries is an advantage.
