Robinson Civil Group (RCG) is a well-established, family-owned civil construction company based on the Atherton Tablelands. We deliver road construction, rehabilitation and civil infrastructure projects throughout Far North Queensland, with a strong pipeline of ongoing work.

We're currently looking for experienced Civil Construction Plant Operators to join our crews across regional and remote project locations.

The Work

You'll be working as part of an experienced civil construction crew across a variety of road and earthworks projects.

We're particularly interested in operators experienced on:

• Graders final trim

• Excavators

• Loaders

• Skid Steers

• Rollers

• Backhoes

• Multi skilled

• HR/HC truck drivers – civil construction experience

 Experience with GPS/UTS machine control, road construction, pavement works, earthworks and final trim will be highly regarded.

If you're competent across more than one machine, even better – we value versatile operators and provide opportunities to broaden your skills and plant competencies.

About You

We're looking for operators who are confident on their machine, take pride in their work and understand what's expected on a civil construction site.

You'll need:

• Demonstrated plant operating experience in civil construction, roadworks or earthworks

• Relevant plant competencies/tickets

• Construction Industry White Card

• Current driver's licence

• A strong commitment to safety

• Ability to work away from home on regional and remote projects

• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing

Higher-class driver's licences and experience across multiple items of plant will be highly regarded.
