Join the team at Northern Transportables, where we design, manufacture and deliver high-quality modular and transportable buildings across the Northern Territory and interstate.

We are currently looking for experienced and trade-qualified Carpenters for FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) positions. If you take pride in your work and value safety, teamwork and quality craftsmanship, we’d like to hear from you.

• Competitive wages ($50 - $60 per hours) - including casual loading

What you’ll do:

• Build coolroom panels, demountable buildings, and steel-frame transportable buildings

• Read and interpret plans accurately

• Cut, assemble, and finish materials with precision

• Carry out repairs to existing buildings

• Work safely and maintain tidy sites

• Collaborate with the team to get the job done right, first time

• Must have standard hand tools and cordless tools

What we’re looking for:

• Trade qualified Carpenter (Certificate required)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience

• Driver’s Licence & White Card

• Forklift licence highly regarded

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a FIFO environment
