Terika Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Sales Representative to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to take on both strategic sales management responsibilities and hands-on sales activities. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients whilst identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Provide coaching, support, and mentoring to junior sales team members, where applicable

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior sales representative role within a competitive environment

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

• Excellent negotiation and closing techniques

• Sound understanding of the sales process, from prospecting through to contract completion

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop action plans

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region as required

• Experience in the local Coffs Harbour market or regional NSW sales environment is advantageous

• Previous experience in a similar industry or sector is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
