We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Northern Territory team, delivering key infrastructure projects across Darwin, Katherine and surrounding regions.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive the successful delivery of civil construction projects while leading high-performing teams, managing client relationships and ensuring strong commercial, safety and operational outcomes.

• Residential and industrial land developments
• Water and sewer infrastructure upgrades
• Road infrastructure projects for local councils
• Defence infrastructure projects
• Community infrastructure and urban development works

• Lead the planning and delivery of civil construction projects
• Develop construction methodologies, staging and programming strategies
• Drive safety, environmental and quality performance across projects
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
• Lead and develop high-performing project teams
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements
• Oversee subcontractor management and work package development
• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

You'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years' experience within the civil construction industry
• Previous project management experience in civil infrastructure delivery
• Experience across earthworks, drainage, roads and community infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven stakeholder and client relationship management experience
• A collaborative leadership style focused on team success

Highly regarded:

• Experience across both project delivery and estimating functions
• Experience developing and reviewing subcontractor work packages
• Exposure to Defence, government or major infrastructure projects
