Territory Sales Manager – Farm Animal - NSW

The Opportunity
As a Territory Sales Manager - Farm Animal, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within your allocated territory. This is a crucial role in supporting Dechra Veterinary Products (Australia) future growth by providing high-quality animal health solutions to veterinary practices and farmers across Vic.

This position offers a flexible location, allowing you to work remotely while covering the Victorian region.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary practices, farmers and other key stakeholders

• Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers

• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within your territory

• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support regional growth

• Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions

• Providing detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role within the animal health or agricultural industries

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert technical advice

• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel within your territory as required

• A genuine passion for animal health and supporting the veterinary and farming communities
