Line Operator

Nu-Pure Beverages is one of Australia's largest privately owned bottled water and beverage manufacturers, supplying leading retailers and brands across the country.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Line Operators to join our Production team at our Truganina site. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering fixed 12-hour shifts, overtime opportunities and long-term career growth within a growing national business.

As a Line Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate safely and efficiently while delivering high-quality products to our customers. You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring packaging machinery, maintaining production standards, identifying issues before they become problems, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality outcomes.

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Complete quality checks and ensure products meet specification
• Identify and report safety, quality and equipment issues
• Troubleshoot basic machine faults and assist with adjustments
• Conduct production line checks and monitor machine performance
• Complete production records and reporting requirements
• Assist with machine changeovers and routine maintenance activities
• Maintain housekeeping standards across the production area
• Adhere to all safety, quality and food safety requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to safety and quality
• The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn and take initiative
• A current Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
• Experience working within food and beverage manufacturing environments (advantageous)

• Full-time permanent employment
• Fixed roster of 84 hours / 7 shifts per fortnight
• Opportunity to work either a permanent 12:00am - 12:00pm shift or permanent 12:00pm - 12:00am shift
