About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Practice Manager to join our busy, fast-paced team at Myhealth Toowong on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenge and to support the practice in reaching its full potential.

As a Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive, team-driven environment. You'll have the chance to grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking practice that places strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training.

A Day In The Life

Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflowsOverseeing the day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality careFacilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for new staffManaging the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordinationProviding solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queriesLeading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care

What we're looking for:

Experience in GP medical reception or practice management Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative rolesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience in managing nursing and administration staff is preferred but not essentialFamiliarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferredStrong multitasking and prioritisation skillsA positive, can-do attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations
