Counter Staff-Pizza Hut Boonooroo Park

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Staff member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders at the counter
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Prepare and pack food orders for pickup/delivery
• Answer phone calls and take phone orders
• Keep the counter clean and tidy, and clean all trays
• Handle customer questions and complaints politely

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work weekends/evenings
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Must be reliable and punctual
