Appian Civil is a leading civil construction company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Darling Downs. We’re currently seeking Civil Operators to join our team on a range of projects throughout the Toowoomba region.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a hands-on crew supporting roadworks, drainage, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team that values safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Duties include:

·        • Operation of excavators, skid steers, rollers, loaders, water Carts and other approved Plant

·        • Complete Bulk and detailed earthworks to design levels and specifications

·        • Assist with road construction and pavement works.

·        • Read and Interpret construction drawings

·        • Conduct daily machinery pre-starts

What You’ll Need

·        • Construction White Card – essential

·        • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

·        • Previous experience in civil or construction.

·        • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

·        • Commitment to safety and teamwork

·        • Tickets for plant and Machinery
