You'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a warm welcome and outstanding service as soon as they walk through the door or call on the phone. This position is perfect for a veterinary nurse looking to transition off the clinic floor or a receptionist with strong veterinary knowledge who wants to put that expertise to work in a front-line, client-focused role.Who We Are Looking For:We are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator who embodies the following qualities:Experience in a veterinary clinic is highly preferred, whether as a nurse or in a receptionist role. Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A passion for animals and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
