As part of our exciting domestic expansion, we are rapidly growing our retail team and are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us bring exceptional people through the door quickly, thoughtfully, and with the same care we put into everything we make.
About the roleThis is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment. Over six months, you'll own hiring across our boutiques (new and existing) across all levels, from Retail Assistants through to Store Managers.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers and our People & Culture function to keep our pipeline strong and our candidate experience exceptional. It's a genuinely busy, high-impact contract suited to someone who loves the pace of retail recruitment and wants to make a visible difference in a defined window. Please note that this opportunity is for an initial fixed-term of 6-months on a part time basis.
What you'll doManage the full recruitment lifecycle across retail and head office roles including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and handoverProactively source candidates through direct approaches, talent pools, referrals and job boardsPartner with Store Managers and hiring leaders to understand needs and advise on the marketRun phone screens and coordinate interviews, keeping candidates warm and well-informed throughoutDraft and post compelling, on-brand job ads and manage our ATS and candidate recordsSupport offer management, work-rights and reference checks, and a smooth onboarding handoverBring ideas to improve our recruitment efforts and candidate experience as we scaleWhat you'll bringProven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track record hiring for retail (store and/or multi-site)Confidence sourcing and closing a high volume of roles in a competitive marketA warm, professional style that reflects well on our brand at every touchpointStrong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders at paceFamiliarity with ATS platforms and Australian work-rights and recruitment complianceAvailability to commit to a full 6-month fixed-term contractWhy join usBe part of a beautiful, purpose-led Australian brand in a genuine growth phaseA close, collaborative team and a lovely Rosebery workspaceHybrid flexibility and a generous team jewellery allowance and discountA high-ownership role where your work has immediate, visible impactHow to applyIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
