Machine Operator / Loader | Bianco Reinforcing

About the role Full Training Will Be Provided

We are seeking Machine Operators and Loaders to join our team at Bianco Reinforcing in Gepps Cross, South Australia. This full-time role is an integral part of our manufacturing operations, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialised machinery to produce high-quality steel reinforcement products.

We are currently hiring across both Day Shift (6:00am – 2:06pm) and Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 10:06pm).

What you'll be doing

• Operate a range of industrial machinery, including cutting, bending, overhead cranes, to produce steel reinforcement products to precise specifications

• Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety

• Monitor production processes and quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines

• Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures

• Load and unload trucks as required, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar industrial manufacturing role would be advantageous.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of heavy machinery

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain quality and efficiency

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive, safety-focused culture

• Relevant qualifications or certifications, such as a Forklift Licence, would be highly regarded

• Overhead crane experience highly regarded
