About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager (NDIS) to lead the day-to-day management of ALARA's direct NDIS service delivery and rostering functions.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure high-quality service delivery, drive innovation and sustainable growth, provide strong team leadership, and optimise operational performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and support the Direct Services and Rostering teams, fostering a positive, collaborative and accountable workplace culture.
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver strategic objectives, improve service delivery and implement operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, relevant legislation, funding requirements and organisational policies.
Monitor service performance against key performance indicators, budgets and operational targets, providing guidance and support where required.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, staff development and performance management.
Manage incidents, complaints and participant safeguarding in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, referrers and community stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and participant outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Significant leadership experience within disability services.
A practical, hands-on and accountable leadership style.
Sound knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct and Quality & Safeguards Framework.
Strong understanding of person-centred service delivery and community-based supports.
Experience managing client onboarding, workforce planning, rostering and service delivery operations.
Strong knowledge of NDIS funding models, compliance and reporting requirements.
Proven ability to build productive relationships with participants, families, staff and community stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgement when managing complex or sensitive matters.
Highly developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Tertiary qualification in Human Services, Health, Social Services or a related discipline (essential).
Management qualification and/or significant leadership experience.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Current Positive Notice Blue Card.
Current National Police Check.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
Full Australian working rights.
