B2B Campaign Manager

What you'll do

Execute account-level campaign programs including research, outreach sequences, content amplification, and HubSpot campaign management tied to specific accounts

Serve as strategic marketing partner to sales, advising on activation tactics and owning CRM discipline across the team

Identify pipeline gaps and design cross-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, content, events, outbound) to build presence in underrepresented accounts

Support mid-funnel activities through nurture sequences and coordinated outreach

Own campaign reporting with defined objectives, tracking, and pipeline contribution metrics

What we're looking for5+ years in B2B enterprise marketing (deal sizes $100K+) with 6+ month sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

Advanced HubSpot proficiency: list building, sequences, campaigns, tracking, attribution reporting, and database health management

Daily AI tool usage with ability to prompt effectively and operate in governed AI system environments

Commercial instinct to analyze pipeline data and understand deal stalls

Comfort with structured AI tooling, agent-assisted workflows, and Notion-based operating systems

Experience in Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Mining sectors (strongly preferred)Prior ABM program or named account campaign execution (strongly preferred)
