Retail Operations Partner

The Position

Longchamp is seeking a Retail Operations Partner to support operational excellence across our Australian retail network. Reporting to the Retail & CRM Manager, you will manage Concession Supervisors, and partner with Boutique Managers and store teams to ensure the consistent execution of operational standards, business priorities and brand expectations.

This in-field and office role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the customer experience, team capability, and commercial performance of a globally recognised luxury brand.

About the Role

• Manage, lead and develop our Concession Supervisors and support store teams

• Coach Supervisors and Boutique Managers to strengthen operational execution and customer experience

• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits and compliance reviews across the AU network

• Support implementation of retail initiatives, projects and seasonal campaigns

• Monitor store standards, stock management disciplines, safety compliance and loss prevention practices

• Partner with Retail, Training, HR and Merchandising Managers to improve outcomes across the business

• Provide operational insights, identify risks and make recommendations that support commercial performance

• Sydney Head Office location with regular interstate and intrastate travel required.

About You

You are a confident and experienced retail professional who enjoys working closely with store teams and influencing positive outcomes through coaching, collaboration and accountability.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous multi-site retail leadership experience

• Experience managing or coaching retail leaders and store teams

• Strong operational knowledge including auditing, compliance, stock management and retail processes

• The ability to analyse store performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting tools

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to travel regularly.
