Maxispan is currently looking to employ a experienced forklift operator / yard hand at its Salisbury South manufacturing facility. A current high risk forklift licence is required. Relevant experience in logistics, material handling or yard operations is necessary for the successful applicant. Positions are available for the day shift.

The role of Yard Hand / Forklift Operator is to assist Maxispan’s Dispatch Coordinator with the safe and efficient movement of finished goods. A consistent approach to the working day, with a high level of service and being ever mindful for the heath, safety and wellbeing of self and others at all times is a must for the successful candidate. You will be required to work closely with the production team, ensuring jobs are made ready and dispatched on time.

You will need to come to work with a positive, can-do attitude combined with a good work ethic and strong verbal communication skills.

Those candidates with previous experience in will be highly regarded.
