Qualified Carpenter

Dezire Homes is seeking a talented Carpenter - Maintenance all rounder to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our high end projects. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general carpentry, maintenance and repair tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Perform general carpentry tasks such as installation, repair and maintenance of fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and other woodwork

• Diagnose and rectify issues, providing practical solutions to maintain the functionality and appearance of client properties

• Liaise with clients, property managers, and other trades to ensure a coordinated approach to property maintenance

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

• Construct frameworks, install doors, cladding and other structural components

What we're looking for

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Relevant carpentry qualification or trade certificate

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, and skilled in a range of maintenance tasks

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
