An opportunity has become available for an experienced automotive sales professional to step into a standalone Sales Manager role at Volvo Cars Mosman.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive sales who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while leading the day-to-day sales operation.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Drive new and used vehicle sales while maintaining strong gross profit performance.

• Coach, mentor and support your team through regular performance feedback and development.

• Oversee enquiry management to ensure all customer opportunities are followed up effectively.

• Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain high showroom standards and ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer requirements.

• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the dealership.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven success in automotive retail sales, ideally within a franchised dealership.

• A passion for leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A current Australian driver’s licence.
