About the role
We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and people-focused person to join our growing Pilates business as Studio Customer Service Manager. Our beautiful studio is only 18 months old, with a unique model offering online classes and 24/7 studio access. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a job. The right person will have the opportunity to help grow the business, increase membership and potentially progress into future business ownership.
Key responsibilities
Growing our membership base
Following up new leads and converting enquiries
Building strong relationships with existing members
Marketing and promoting the studio
Developing local community connections
Improving member retention
Identifying new opportunities to grow the business
About you
A great personality and positive attitude

Excellent communication and people skills
