Senior/ Property Manager | No Weekends | Up to $100K package

We’re seeking an experienced Senior/ Property Manager to join a highly-regarded and well established agency in the City of Merri-bek. This is an office-based role offering a supportive team environment, structured systems and a quality residential portfolio.

THE ROLE

• Manage a portfolio of up to 180 residential properties
• Leasing and in-house admin support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
• Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
• Utilise systems such as PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
• Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Personal car and drivers license

ON OFFER

• Salary - Up to $100,800 package
• Monday to Friday - No Weekends
