About the Role:   

We are seeking applications for two 12-month fixed-term Senior Regulatory Assessment and Review Officer opportunities. 

The Senior Regulatory Assessment and Review Officer delivers high-quality administrative and coordination support to enable effective regulatory and inspectorate operations. The role manages workflows, supports reporting and correspondence, and ensures timely, consistent services for consumers and practitioners. It also maintains records, monitors enquiries, and ensures compliance with organisational standards and legislative requirements. 

What we are looking for

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support, including coordinating workflows, maintaining records, and supporting procurement processes to ensure timely and accurate outcomes. 
• Prepare and contribute to correspondence, reports, briefings, and data analysis to support decision-making and business operations. 
• Manage enquiries and escalations, acting as a key point of contact while ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated effectively to stakeholders. 
• Support team coordination and service delivery by building strong relationships, maintaining compliance with policies and systems, and contributing positively to team outcomes.
