Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our Seaford Meadows team.

Working with homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers create beautiful spaces with our extensive range of tiles, flooring, bathroomware and trade products.

THE ROLE...

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to retail, trade and builder customers
• Assisting customers with product selection and project advice
• Preparing quotations, processing sales and following up opportunities
• Building lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business
• Driving sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets
• Developing strong product knowledge across tiles, flooring, bathroomware and trade products
