Bushells Building and Maintenance Pty Ltd are a family-owned Building and Maintenance Company operating in the Commercial, Retail and Insurance repair space. We have a strong focus on workplace culture and relationship, and this has enabled our company to grow from strength to strength since its inception in 2015.

We are looking for an Estimator/Supervisor to join our team to assist with client opportunities, quoting and supervising insurance repair works and commercial Building and Maintenance works

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to ensure quality outcomes are delivered daily on every job.

• Experience in insurance repairs, commercial maintenance and general building would be highly regarded however training will be provided

• Knowledge of various building methodologies.

• Good IT Skills.

• Proficiency in Fergus, ServiceM8 and/or Simpro software's is preferred but not essential as training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Onsite scoping and estimating of works.

• Day to day management of awarded works.

• Focus on completing all works safely.

• Tradesperson and Subcontractor coordination.

• Client liaising.

• Business development.

• Meeting KPI's.

Requirements:

• High level attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

• Develop and maintain strong and relationships with colleagues, clients, sub contractors and suppliers.

• Develop and maintain high level health and safety standards.

• Current valid Driver's License and Construction White Card.

• Candidates must have appropriate Australian work rights.

The position come with a company vehicle and fuel card. Mobile phone, iPad and laptop. Salary package is negotiable depending on experience.
