We are seeking a motivated General Factory Hand to join our team at our Campbellfield site.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn a variety of production tasks as part of our multi-skilled manufacturing team. Experience is valued, but we are equally interested in people who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to develop new skills.

About the Role

Working as part of our production team, you will assist with a range of manufacturing duties while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

About You

The successful applicant will possess some or all of the following:

• Experience using power tools.

• Ability to read and understand measurements and material cutting requirements.

• Experience working with timber or metal (highly regarded).

• Welding and/or spray painting experience (advantageous).

• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Able to work effectively within a team and independently when required.

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Forklift license (advantageous)

• RF scanning experience preferred

• Pick, pack, and dispatch duties  

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

• Own reliable transport to get to Campbellfield

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Immediate start available.

• Full-time hours.

• Casual employment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position after three months for the right candidate.
