Salary ranges from $116,981 - $129,492 per annum full time + super & leave loading.Temporary full-time opportunity basedLocation - Sydney Olympic Park location – flexible work arrangements will be considered.
About the roleAs a Communications & Engagement Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect, inform and engage our people across the Office of Sport. Working within the Internal Communications team, you will develop compelling communications that support organisational priorities, strengthen workplace culture, and drive employee engagement.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of communications activities, including internal communications, change and engagement initiatives, staff events, executive communications, and media support. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to projects that help deliver the Office of Sport's vision of Everyone Plays Here.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging internal communications content across multiple channels, including the intranet, newsletters, presentations, and change communication initiatives.Partner with stakeholders across the Office of Sport to support employee engagement programs, internal events, and organisational communication projects aligned to strategic priorities.Support media and corporate communications activities, including the preparation of media materials, monitoring media coverage, and providing communication advice and insights.
Essential RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel across NSW when required.
