The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader Employment
As a Team Leader you will bring with you your strong leadership skills and will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager to provide supervision and support to the Workforce Australia staff. You will empower and motivate your team to meet individual and team job placement key performance indicators, while ensuring compliance to regulations and rules as set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED.
In addition to leading your team, you will also manage your own caseload - balancing leadership with hands-on support for our customers.
