As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of blue collar roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, proactively source talent, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
