At Northeast Auto Group, Burton, were looking for a Service Advisor to become an integral part of our Service team. In this customer-focused role, you'll be the key link between our customers and technicians, ensuring every vehicle service is managed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our team at Northeast Auto Group located at our iconic Burton site location. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the right parts for various automotive, industrial, or machinery applications. If you have a passion for helping customers, strong knowledge of parts and components, and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts, answering inquiries, and offering technical advice when needed.
• Use your expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the correct parts are selected and ordered.
• Work closely with other team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Knowledge or a passion for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in parts interpretation or related fields is preferred but not required.
