About The Role
The Administration Support role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of palliative care services by coordinating and facilitating essential administrative tasks.
This role is deeply patient-focused, prioritising excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Whilst also supporting clinicians through managing patient schedules and ensuring the accuracy of patient information.

The Palliative Care service, located offsite from Maitland Hospital, is a small, dedicated multidisciplinary team that plays a vital role in offering compassionate end-of-life care and support to the community.
