Appointment Setter

Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team.

This position is full time however can be tailored to suit the right candidate with a flexible working arrangement.

The successful applicant must have:

• Telemarketing based experience or a sales background from another industry

• Excellent and confident telephone manner

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Time management and multi-tasking skills are required

• Computer literacy and experience in a CRM database will be highly regarded

• Thrive in a dynamic work environment

• Active listening skills, be adept at influencing and persuading and will be motivated by working to weekly KPI's

• Cold calling sales experience is a plus
