HUGO BOSS Australia are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join us at our Highpoint location.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager role is responsible for supporting the manager across all aspects of store operations, customer service and clienteling and coaching and motivating team members.

Your profile:

Leadership and people management experienceDemonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit resultsFamiliarity with KPI's and how to drive these for ongoing successA genuine love for the fashion industry and enthusiasm to share your styling expertiseKnowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivityUnderstanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management levelEffective communication skills with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience and situation
