We’re looking for passionate, friendly and energetic Front of House team members to join the Baked Since 95 family!

We have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Casual positions.

👋 We’re looking for people who:

• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and great customer service

• Are friendly, confident and well presented

• Work well in a fast-paced café environment

• Have excellent communication skills

• Are reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Have previous café/hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential for the right person)

☕️ Your role will include:

• Welcoming and serving customers

• Taking orders and handling POS

• Coffee and food service

• Maintaining a clean and organised FOH area

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Providing a high level of customer service

• Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
