The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and supply of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods across both domestic and international supply markets.
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive professional who can develop sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable commercial outcomes, optimize inventory levels, and manage complex international logistics to support business growth and operational excellence.
About You
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or food ingredient industries.
Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management experience.
Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and delivering cost savings.
Sound understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain optimization.
Experience managing international suppliers, imports, freight forwarding, and global logistics.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
