Job Brief/Overview
This role will provide support across customer service, process documentation, administration, and case management activities to assist the team's operational requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting business processes, assisting with process improvement initiatives, and supporting the team with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions.
• Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes.
• Booking hard waste collection services.
• Managing maintenance requests on residential bins.
• Dispute resolution.

Administration & Process Documentation

• Documenting, reviewing, and maintaining operational processes and procedures.
• Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of process documentation.
• Supporting process-building initiatives to improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
• Preparing administrative documentation as required.
• Assisting with data entry and system updates.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
• Assisting with various ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by management.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Previous call centre or customer service experience.
• Experience in process documentation, administration, or business support roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
