FIRST AID TRAINERS - CONTRACT POSITIONS

CPR First Aid is a nationally registered training organisation (RTO) delivering accredited first aid and CPR courses across Australia. With nearly 20 years of experience, we are passionate about equipping individuals and workplaces with the knowledge and confidence to respond in emergencies. Our training is practical, engaging, and always focused on real-world application. We are currently looking for 4 CONTRACT trainers to start ASAP (Must be available to complete our 2-day induction program within the next 3-4 weeks). Specifically looking for those who can cater our Southeastern and Eastern venues: Frankston, Wheelers Hill, Cheltenham, Dandenong, and Blackburn.

Schedules for successful trainers will be available from September. Classes are available 7 days per week.

About the Role: 

• Must be a qualified First Aid Trainer with a preferred minimum 6 months of experience as a first aid trainer for a reputable RTO

• Must be available to commence our 2-day induction program ASAP (upon successful recruitment we will pay a one-off $500 induction fee after one month with the company) - please provide availability upon application

• Our permanent training venues are equipped with training equipment so equipment is provided

• We offer a fun and interactive community for trainers

• Our venues, Melbourne CBD, Laverton, Bundoora, Dandenong, Frankston, Geelong, Cheltenham, Blackburn and Wheelers Hill are all equipped with training equipment and we will issue you a complete kit to train workplace booking. We also occasionally offer public classes at satellite (day hire locations) such as Clayton, Bendigo, Werribee, Tullamarine, Mitcham, Sunbury, Thomastown and other locations. Note: We aim to allocate you venues closer to where you live as much as possible.

Must Have:

• TAE40116

• Current HLTAID011 Provide first aid qualification (can be obtained in induction process if not up to date), as well as HLTAID012

• Industry experience (with evidence) and be available to start immediately

• Must have a license and reliable car for suburban locations

• HLTAID014 Provide advanced first aid is a plus, but not essential

• Only Qualified and Experienced First Aid Trainers will be contacted!

• hopefully minimum 3 days availability per week including weekends - if you're a great, passionate trainer there's plenty of work for you!
