About the role
Make a difference where it matters most by helping young people stay engaged, connected and successful in their education. We’re seeking a passionate Youth Support Coordinator to support students at risk of disengagement and guide them toward positive educational, training and employment pathways.
In this role, you’ll work closely with students, families, school staff and external agencies to identify barriers and deliver targeted support, case management and referrals. You’ll be a key member of the student support team, building strong relationships and coordinating strategies that improve wellbeing, attendance and overall school success.
