Production & Logistics Coordinator

We are passionate about delivering garments that delight both parents and little ones, and we’re looking for a casual Production & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

About the role

The core mission of the Production & Logistics Coordinator is to ensure Hux bulk production is ordered, managed and delivered on time, in full and with the correct documentation to our 3PL warehouses and global partners each season.

This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end bulk production and logistics process, from supplier purchase orders and onboarding through to freight coordination, documentation, invoice approval and final delivery. The Coordinator plays a key role in keeping production and shipments on track, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring our suppliers and logistics partners have everything they need to deliver efficiently and accurately.

About you

• 2–5 years' experience in a production, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or similar coordination role, ideally within fashion, apparel or consumer goods

• Previous experience working with an ERP system, with confidence entering and maintaining accurate purchasing and production data

• Strong understanding of purchase orders, supplier management, freight coordination and shipping documentation

• Experience coordinating with offshore suppliers, freight forwarders and/or 3PL warehouses

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to proactively follow up with suppliers and logistics partners

• Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of ownership — you naturally follow things through to completion

• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify potential delays or issues early and take action before they impact delivery timelines

• Strong numerical and administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy when managing quantities, costs, invoices and shipping information

• Comfortable working across multiple teams and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders and accounts
