What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Consumer and Healthcare Group business unit is actively seeking an HC truck driver to transport ambient and some chilled products from our central distribution hub in Willawong, to retail destinations across Brisbane and surrounding regions. As a key part of this role, you will operate our modern fleet of automatic Volvo trucks, completing up to three deliveries per day. Minimal manual handling may be required at times. This is a casual Day position, Monday to Friday (5am) and based in Willawong. Key Areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Maneuvering of side curtains
• Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
• Yard work where required
