About the role:

Working closely with clients, counsel and experts and be involved in a broad mix of contentious matters, including:

• Insolvency and restructuring disputes.
• Class action proceedings.
• Commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.
• Regulatory and investigations-related matters.
• Court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions.
• Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and advice.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 2–3 years’ PQE.
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Confidence working with clients and managing competing deadlines.
• A proactive, commercial and team-focused approach.
