About the role

Jurovich Surveying is seeking experienced Survey Managers to join the Perth Engineering team. These office-based leadership roles are ideal for survey professionals who can confidently manage projects from inception to completion while providing technical leadership, supporting team development, and maintaining strong client relationships. Working alongside an established management team, you will oversee project delivery, quality assurance, resource planning, and commercial performance while contributing to the continued growth of the Perth business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects from planning through to successful delivery.

• Coordinate resources, schedules, and client requirements.

• Review survey deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to survey teams.

• Assist with quotations, project planning, invoicing, and reporting.

• Promote safe work practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSEQ standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You

You are a capable surveying professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and commercial awareness.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' surveying experience.

• Relevant surveying qualification or equivalent industry experience.

• Strong background in engineering and construction surveying.

• Experience managing projects and client relationships.

• Proficiency in field surveying, data processing and review.

• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

• Experience using industry-standard surveying equipment and software.

• Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

• Self-motivated, organised, and solutions-focused.
