Senior Project Manager

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Energy & Utilities team, delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland. This leadership role focuses on Logan’s Water Network, overseeing capital works across the Treatment, Network, and Sustainability portfolios.

You’ll lead projects from cradle to grave, collaborating closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.

This is a mature, long-term program of works with a strong focus on sustainability. You’ll be part of a high-performing team driving civil construction initiatives including treatment plants, network upgrades, asset renewals, and flagship sustainable energy projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects with strategic oversight.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture.
• Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering qualifications with extensive experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
• Water industry experience is preferable
• Project Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven leadership in dynamic, service-oriented contracting environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
