Role Overview

Hairhouse is looking for a Retail Store Leader to lead and support our amazing team to drive sales, ensuring consistent growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement. To succeed in this role, you will bring your previous leadership experience to coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business including retail, salon and piercing.

Duties

Identify opportunities to drive and increase salesDeliver exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customersEnsure the store is well presented, clean and always stocked appropriatelyEnsure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaignsCultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.

Skills And Experience

A minimum 2 years’ Retail Leadership experienceA passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience is a plus)Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targetsExceptional organisational and time management skillsStrong people management skills.
