About the Role

With your experience in House and Land Coordinator or 12 months as a Sales Consultant in a Land Sales role, your primary focus is to support our Queensland Housing Business in completing H&L Packages for our Business Development Managers (BDM's) in our Aplace and Wholesale team.

• Prepare House & Land packages for the sales team

• Be able to read & understand engineering drawings, Plan of Subdivisions & Estate Design Guidelines

• Be able to Source land to package onto

• Ideally have existing relationships with land agents & if not then have the ability to develop those relationships

• Manage stock list/portal

• General admin support for the sales team

• Liaise with internal Sales Consultants on retail packages

• Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate

• Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, telephone or written.

About You

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.

Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (highly desirable).

We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.

• 12 months experience preferred

• Ability to site plans accurately and meet estate guidelines

• Excellent attention to detail

• Your knowledge of the ever-changing landscape is always up to date.

• Ability to deal with people on a professional basis

• Have a working knowledge of our product, including knowledge of the processes involved in building a Glenvill Home
