About The Role

Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. Flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local Townsville office.Receive strong supervision, PD opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community.NDIS experience is a plus, but your Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.Deliver therapy across a variety of community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities.Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration. You have full Australian working rights (or pending). ou have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence. You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
