The Motor Gallery isn’t a conventional used-car dealership.

Our showroom is filled with some of Australia’s most desirable HSV, FPV, Holden and Ford performance cars, alongside carefully selected AMG, BMW M, Audi RS, Porsche, Lamborghini and other European performance and prestige vehicles.

We’re looking for an experienced salesperson who understands these cars, understands the customers who buy them, and gets genuinely excited about selling them.

TMG operates from a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Moorabbin, purpose-built to present exceptional cars in an environment to match.

We have invested heavily in creating what we believe is one of the best used-car dealership environments in Australia — both for our customers and the people who work here.

This isn’t a yard full of ordinary commuter cars.

You’ll be surrounded every day by an ever-changing inventory of performance, prestige, collectible and enthusiast vehicles, working alongside a team that genuinely loves cars.

WHO WE WANT

We’re looking for someone who already has automotive sales experience, but just as importantly, has genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for the performance-car market.

You should be the sort of person who can comfortably talk to a customer about an HSV GTS, FPV GT, AMG, M car, RS model or Lamborghini because you actually understand and appreciate what you’re selling.

We’re looking for:

• Proven automotive sales experience

• Strong knowledge of performance, prestige and enthusiast vehicles

• A genuine passion for cars

• Strong sales and negotiation ability

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confidence dealing with knowledgeable and passionate buyers

• A professional, well-presented attitude

• Strong follow-up and organisational skills

• Motivation to sell and earn

• The ability to work as part of a high-performing team

Previous automotive sales experience is essential. Performance and prestige vehicle experience will be highly regarded.

THE ROLE

This is a full-time, six-day-a-week position for someone who wants to be part of a busy, high-performing dealership and is prepared to put in the work required to succeed.

We anticipate a high level of enquiry for this position and we are only looking for the very best.
